Their function is to mark out all of the parking areas that will accommodate families, caravans (groups of between 25 and 200 units that park together), handicapped coaches, volunteer family coaches and demonstration coaches. The advance crew and Association officers consist of approximately 120 coaches. Friday, July 1lth — The Holding Area will open to accommodate early arrivals. The Holding Area is located at Higlicrest Park, 2340 Highcrest Road, Roseville, MN about 3 miles from the Fairgrounds. There will be about 250 coaches in and out of the area over the weekend of July 1 1�'. Sa[urday, Julyl2th — The first day of family parking in assigned lots at the fairgrounds. Many of the coaches arriving that day are the caravans. The other group will be the handicapped coaches and they are also parked at the fairgrounds. Sunday, July 13`h — A continuation of famii�� coach arrivals. Monday, July 14�' - Third and final day of family coach parking. The Convention will be open on Monday night for a preview. Tuesday morning is the official opening. The close of the even[ is on Thursday night July ] 7`" at Spm. We would like to begin the ins[allation of the temporary signs on Wednesday July 9th wi[h completion on Thursday July 10`� if needed. Also, if required, all signs will have a copy of the permits attacl�ed. We would normally start the removal of the directional signs on Wednesday July 16`h and finish on Thursday July 17�'. All the signs will be removed. Fnclosed is the proposed sign list along with maps indicating the sign location and their route. Please let me Imow if you will need any more inforniation for us to obtain the permits needed.
