'� <br />H PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />8.1 On June 4, 2008 the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing to consider <br />the request by Meritex Enterprises and the FMCA to temporarily use the parking lot as a <br />staging area for family motor coaches and to allow temporary directional signage at 6 <br />specific locations in Roseville. <br />8.2 The Commission did not have questions of the City Planner and no property owners or <br />citizens were in attendance to speak on the hearing/request. <br />8.3 The Planning Commission voted (6-0) to recommend approval of the request, subject to <br />the conditions indicated in Section 7 of the project report dated June 4, 2008. <br />9 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />9.1 ADOPT a RESOLUTION APPROVING an INTERIM USE PERMIT for Meritex Enterprises <br />and Highcrest Park (2256 — 2250 Highcrest Road, 2520 Terminal Road, and 2255 — 2375 <br />Walnut Street) and the Family Motor Coach Association, based on the information and <br />comments of Sections 5 and 6, and the recommendation of Section 7 of the project report <br />dated June 16, 2008. <br />Prepared by City Planner Thomas Paschke <br />Attachments: A.
