June 30, 2008 <br />Carla & Randy Ramberg <br />1145 Garden Avenue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />`�� <br />�� <br />RE: Front Yard Setback Permit approval <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Ramberg, <br />� <br />On Monday, June 30`h, the Setback Permit Review Committee (SPRC) reviewed and <br />recommended approval of a FRONT YARD SETBACK PERMIT to accommodate the front <br />entry that will encroach 6 feet into the required front yard setback. <br />The SPRC found that the proposal does satisfy more than eight of the applicable criteria for <br />approving a Setback Permit as listed in Section 1013.05 of the City Code, and consequently <br />recommended approval of the Setback Permit, with the following conditions: <br />1. the exterior siding materials shall have an exposure that is consistent with that of the <br />siding on the remainder of the home and shall have color(s) and texture(s) that are <br />complementary to the rest of the house; and <br />2. the Setback Permit approval shall expire 6 months from today's date if the building <br />permit has not been obtained by that time. <br />I concur with the recommendation of the SPRC and I will issue the requested Setback Permit <br />with the above conditions.
