Bryan Lloyd
From: Don Munson
Sent: Thursday, August 14, 2008 4:08 PM
To: Bryan Lloyd
Cc: Gerry Proulx
Subject: 2034 Cleveland - setback permit
Follow Up Flag: Follow up
Flag Status: Red
Hi Bryan,
...
I talked to Gerry. The driveway was not required to be asphalted as part of the 'previous
permit' because there was no work to the garage. If we do approve this new setback permit
we should require the driveway upgraded as part of the setback approval, we can then add
the requirement to the new building permit.
Gerry would like to add a requirement to the setback permit that the owner first
schedule/conduct inspections on existing permits (8) so we can come up with a list of what
is yet to be completed on those old permits. From 2004-2006 the owner took out 10 permits.
Only 2 have received finals and a number of these permits have had no inspections at all.
If you want to discuss this more, let me know.
Don
1
