Draft Resolution <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Attachment G <br />� Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />2 Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, was held on the 24`}' day of November, 2008 <br />� at 6:00 p.m. <br />a The following members were present: <br />- and were absent. <br />� <br />�� <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />� A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH <br />�� §1012.09 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR TED GLASRUD ASSOCIATES, INC., <br />ic AT 1700 HIGHWAY 36 (PF08-041) <br />�� WHEREAS, Ted Glasrud Associates, Inc. owns the property addressed as 1700 Highway <br />� 2 36 and has requested an INTERIM USE PERMIT in accordance with § 1012.09 of the Roseville <br />' .:> City Code; and <br />� <br />i� <br />�� <br />>> <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: <br />Lot 2 Block 1 Rosewood Village <br />PIN : 09-29-23-43-0001 <br />WHEREAS, the applicant seeks to install an accessory structure on the property; and <br />i t� WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />��� requested INTERIM USE PERMIT, voting 6-0 to recommend approval of the request based on <br />,�c the comments and findings of the staff report dated November 5, 2008; <br />:� i NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />22 the request by Ted Glasrud Associates, Inc. for an INTERIM USE PERMIT in accordance with <br />z:i Section § 1012.09 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions; <br />2�� a. The size and appearance of the gazebo shall be consistent with the plans included <br />2� as Attachment D of the staff report reviewed for this application; <br />2s b. The gazebo shall be situated similar to Location B in the site plan included as <br />2� Attachment C of the staff report reviewed for this application; <br />2;s <br />29 <br />JC <br />c. The applicant shall work with staff to find a way to prevent the trash container <br />lids from opening in the wind; and <br />d.
