�,�— <br />V1 � _ ...� � <br />� � Document# 4129453 <br />Recorded 1210112008 1600 <br />County Recorder, Ramsey County, MN <br />4.4.6 415906F <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 5�' day of November <br />2008 at 5:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Chair Boerigter and Member poherty <br />Variance Board Member poherty introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 84 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES TO §1004 (RESIDENCE <br />DISTRICTS) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR DAVID AND LAURA <br />REDISH, 1990 DELLWOOD AVENUE (PFO8-042) <br />WHEREAS, the Redishes have reyuested vAR�.atvcES to § 1004 (Residence <br />Districts) of the Roseville City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 1990 Dellwood Avenue, and legally <br />described as: <br />MIDWAY HILLS REARRANGEMENT OF COMO GARDEN LOTS LOTS 16 <br />AND LOT 17 BLOCK 12 <br />PIN: 15-29-23-13-0058 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.016 (Residental Setbacks) requires a principal structure <br />setback of 30 feet from the front property line; and <br />WHEREAS, the Redishes seek to construct a sunroom extending to 13 feet from <br />the front property line, requiring a 17-foot VARIANCE; and <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
