noticed that the set-backs from the E-W streets (Ryan, Shryer) are
very constant, while the set-backs from the N-S streets (Dellwood) are
closer. The change we are proposing will be still consistent with the
rest of the set-backs in the neighborhood.
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&saddr=1990+De11wood+Ave,+St+Pau1,+MN+55113&daddr=
45.001173,-93.154421&h1=en&geocode=CUC7dQoAyN45FeOprgIdG5Zy-g%3B&mra=mi&mrsp=l&sz=20&s11=
45.001101,-93.153818&sspn=0.000724,0.001743&ie=UTF8&t=h&11=45.001546,-93.15347&spn=
0.001449,0.003487&z=19
The issue may be that our house is oriented differently from all of
the other houses in our neighborhood. Our house faces Dellwood, all
of the other houses on Dellwood except for our immediate neighbors,
all of which are corner houses face the E-w streets and have full-size
set-backs from the E-W streets, but very small set-backs from the N-S
streets.
Please let us know if this is the information you need or if you need
additional information.
