The following members were present: <br />� Variance Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 84 <br />. A RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES TO §1004 (RESIDENCE <br />:� DISTRICTS) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR DAVID AND LAURA <br />�:� REDISH, 1990 DELLWOOD AVENUE (PF08-042) <br />i WHEREAS, the Redishes have requested vaR�atvcES to § 1004 (Residence <br />�; Districts) of the Roseville City Code; and <br />i i WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 1990 Dellwood Avenue, and legally <br />� - described as: <br />i� MIDWAY ffiLLS REARRANGEMENT OF COMO GARDEN LOTS LOTS 16 <br />�� AND LOT 17 BLOCK 12 <br />i � PIN: 15-29-23-13-0058 <br />i:s WHEREAS, Section 1004.016 (Residental Setbacks) requires a principal <br />i:� structure setback of 30 feet from the front property line; and <br />_., WHEREAS, the Redishes seek to construct a sunroom extending to 13 feet from <br />'_ ' the front property line, requiring a 17-foot VARIANCE; and <br />�;�'� WHEREAS, Section 1004.01(A)6 (Maximum Total Surface Area) allows <br />,.. impervious surfaces on up to 30% of the total lot area; and <br />2<'- WHEREAS, the Redishes seek to increase the impervious coverage by 154 square <br />:�� feet to 43.25% of the lot, requiring a VARIANCE of 1,345 square feet; and <br />��� WHEREAS, the Variance Board has concluded that "hardships" are present and <br />� � support can be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City Code; <br />�� NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to <br />-� approve a 17-foot vaRiANCE to Section 1004.016 of the City Code and a 1,345 square- <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />� � <br />
