The proposed addition shall be consistent in size and location with the site <br />_. plan included with this staff report as Attachment D and be limited to I 1 <br />.. . feet in depth from the existing building wall; <br />b. The applicant shall continue to work with Community Development staff <br />to mask the appearance of the upper level addition on the split-level home <br />;� through utilization of structural materials a well as landscaping; <br />c. The impervious coverage on the property shall not exceed 43.25% of the <br />_�:�+ overall lot area; <br />d. Storm water runoff shall be limited to the level consistent with 30% <br />impervious coverage; depending on the soils and slopes on the property, <br />such reduction could be accomplished by directing rain gutters toward the <br />interior of the lot, installing and maintaining a"rain garden" filtration <br />basin, or some combination of these or other measures as approved by the <br />City Engineer. Building permits shall not be issued until the City Engineer <br />has approved the storm water mitigation plans; and <br />�; e.
