The land use map designation change will not become final until the City receives <br />ss� support from the Metropolitan CounciL <br />�:�� 11.2 By motion, support the requested REZON�1vG of 2025 County Road B from Single <br />�3� Family Residential (R-1) to Planned Unit Development (PUD). The PUD Agreement, if <br />s�f: approved in the FiNa[, phase of the PUD review process, will become the development <br />���� contract on which the [�zoN1N� is based. <br />o�: � 1 1.3 By motion, approval of the GENERAL CONCEPT PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT as <br />t� az prepared for the May 1 l, 2009 City Council meeting, subject to the conditions of Section <br />a;� 9 of this report.
