Re the chart on p 11 and the list of projects on p 10 - can you look at the files and verify <br />whether the council was specifically <br />informed that it was waiving density, impervious coverage, and <br />minimum lot sizes. I don't mean "they must have cuz they did it" I mean were they <br />specifically told they were taking those actions? <br />2. Was Art Mueller the developer involved in the project described in 7.1? <br />3. How is it that the policy inconsistency noted in 8.3 has existed for years and Planning <br />hasn't ever suggested it be changed? Or has it? <br />4. Is it possible to make any change contingent on the development actually being built - <br />to avoid changing the zoning and then seeing some whole different project go forward. <br />Please come with language prepared to this effect. <br />Thanks. <br />Tammy L.
