For reference the City of Roseville <br />project file is PF3357. <br />1.0 EFFECTIVE DATE of AGREEMENT <br />This agreement shall be effective upon completion of all of the following: <br />1.1 Passage and recording of Owasso Ridge, the seven lot subdivision plat for project. <br />1.2 Passage and publication of Ordinance #1259 (rezoning of property to PUD). <br />1.3 Publication of the ordinance in the Roseville Review, the CTTY's official newspaper <br />1.4 Execution of this agreement by the CITY and the DEVELOPER. <br />1.5 Recording of this agreement with Ramsey County. <br />2.0 REQUEST for PUD APPROVAL <br />The DEVELOPER has requested that the CTTY approve a Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />(PF# 3357 that develops a 2.25 acre parcel of land at 494 Iona Lane into seven single family <br />residential lots and homes. The subject property is legally described a.s Lot 1 through Lot 7,� <br />Owasso Ridge Addition PID 01-29-23-31-0101 - 108, Ramsey County, Minnesota. The <br />subject property's tax identification number is O1-29-23-31-0100. <br />1 <br />f` ��9 <br />
