� <br />e. <br />—. ..., <br />or those claiming through or under Licensee, for injury, death, or property <br />damage occurring in, on, or about the Premises and Licensee shall <br />indemnify the Licensor and hold it harmless from any claim or damage <br />arising out of any injury, death or property damage occurring in, on, or <br />about the Premises to Licensee or any agent, employee, guest, customer, <br />or invitee of Licensee. <br />Licensee understands and agrees that the Parking Lot is an unattended and <br />unsupervised area and that the Licensor is not responsible for any loss of, <br />or any damage to, the vehicles, nor any part thereof, while in or being <br />driven to or from, said Premises, however caused. <br />Licensee agrees that all vehicles on said Premises shall be parked, driven, <br />and handled at Licensee's own risk. <br />No employee of Licensor is authorized to accept possession, care or <br />custody of any vehicle of Licensee, or Licensee's agents, employees, <br />guests, customers, or invitees. <br />9. Notice. Any written notices required above, all Rent payments, and all other <br />instruments including notices, demands, offers, and consents shall be validly <br />given when hand delivered, sent by U.S. Mail, or sent by common carrier. <br />Notices shall be effective upon receipt.
