A maximum of one shed is allowed per residential lot (not allowed on commercial <br />properties). <br />2. A land use permit is required. <br />3. 120 SQ/FT maximum size (footprint) and 12 FT maximum height. <br />4. A five foot setback to property lines must be maintained (to the wall). <br />5. A six foot separation is required to other buildings (wall to wall). <br />6. Sheds are allowed only in side and rear yard areas. They must not be placed in <br />any utility or drainage easement. <br />7. Exterior color, design and/or materials to be similar to the principal structure. <br />Corrugated metal is not allowed. <br />8. Footings/Foundations are not required, however, it is recommended sheds be <br />anchored to avoid tipping over in winds. <br />Please schedule a final inspection when shed is complete.
