The Roseville City Council further Finds as follows: <br />A. "Ihe proposed asphalt plant a�d outdoor storage will emit toxic pollutants, <br />including cazbon monoxide, nitrogen oxide, lead, particulate matter (including <br />paRiculate matter smaller than ]0 microns), sulfur dioxide, and volatile organic <br />compounds, which will add to public health risks for residents, businesses, and <br />others in the surrounding community. These toxic pollutants will also heighten <br />health dangers for sensitive populations, induding seniors, children, and people <br />with respiratory and other illnesses. <br />� <br />
