<br />e. Impact on the general public health, safety, and welfare: The proposed
<br />outdoor storage of materials will negatively impact the general public, safety,
<br />and welfaze of the public due to the yuantity and type of particulate matter
<br />emissions that will originate from the various outdoor storage piles of rubble,
<br />asphalt millings, asphalt shingles, concrete rubble, and aggregate as the
<br />emissions will spread materials known to be carcinogenic to users of

<br />storage of materials will not be compatible with the City's Comprehensive
<br />Plan due to the yuantity and type of particulate matter emissions that will
<br />origina[e from the various outdoor storage piles of rubble, asphalt millings,
<br />asphall shingles, concrete rubble, and aggregate as allowing thcse emissions
<br />will not be consistent with the following goals as established by the 2030
<br />Comprehensive Plan for the City of Roseville:
<br />i. Land Use Goal #4. Protect, improve, and expand the community's natural
<br />amenities and environmen[al quality.
<br />ii. Economic Development and Redevelopment Goal #6. Integrate
<br />environmental stewardship practices to commercial development.
<br />iii. F.nvironmental Protection Goal #1. Protect, preserve, and enhance
<br />Roseville's water, land, air, and wildlife resources for current and future
<br />generations.
<br />iv. Environmental Protection Goal #5. Ensure the City takes a leadership role
<br />in environmentally friendly property development, redevelopment, and
<br />maintenance practices.
