The great Roseville asphalt plant
debate of 2009 and 2010 has come to a
close.
THE LATEST
In to-and-a-half-how- special meeting
Monday night, the Roseville City Gouncil
voted ulanimously to reject a coiditiolal
use pernlit for outdoor storage, submitted by
a company hoping to build an asphalt plant.
THE IMPACI'
13ittulinous Roadays' proposed asphalt
plant «on't be happeniig.
