The great Roseville asphalt plant <br />debate of 2009 and 2010 has come to a <br />close. <br />THE LATEST <br />In t���o-and-a-half-how- special meeting <br />Monday night, the Roseville City Gouncil <br />voted u�lanimously to reject a coi�ditio�lal <br />use pernlit for outdoor storage, submitted by <br />a company hoping to build an asphalt plant. <br />THE IMPACI' <br />13ittul�inous Road���ays' proposed asphalt <br />plant «on't be happeni�ig. Neighbors and <br />nearby businesses who waged a 20-month <br />campaign against the p1-oposal can breathe <br />easier.
