Gladstone owns and manages a 360,000 square foot <br />office building located at 2470 Highcrest Road, Roseville, MN, constructed in 1964. Gladstone's <br />initfal comments on the proposed Bituminous Roadways asphalt plant and permit referred to <br />above are contained in cortespondence dated August 11, 2010. ThIS letter provides <br />suppiemental comments. <br />Distances from Gladstone's property to various activitles on the proposed Bituminous Roadways <br />site range from 300 feet to 970 feet. The alr Intakes on Gladstone's bullding are lotated on the <br />roof and are at approximately the same height as the storage piles and other air discharge <br />points at the proposed asphalt plant. Gladstone's tenants include IT services, laboratory <br />services, data centers, research, training, and various compute� servfces. These adivities are <br />all sensitive to noise, odors, dust, and air toxia. <br />Gladstone engaged an environmental cron�ltant to review the propased project On August i6, <br />2010 we submitted a comprehensive file review request on behaif of Gladstone for Informatlon <br />in the Minnesota Pollution Control Agenc.y's (MPCA's) environmental review and air quality <br />permit files related to the project. We received some information, determined that materials <br />were missing and f fed two subsequent requests for materials.
