An EIS for the <br />proposed project should include the fmpacts of the proposed Bituminous Roadways project on <br />e�sting background levels of air pollution. <br />CHteria Pollutant Emissions <br />'fhe table bebw is taken from the modeling report submitted in support of the proposed <br />Bituminous Roadways project.
