E. Plastic Bottles: PET, HDPE-natural, HDPE-colored <br />collected from the City based on the published index less the <br />proposed plastic processing cost per ton. The published index <br />used shall be the Waste News, Chicago Region (1st issue of <br />the month). <br />F. Other Plastic: plastic food and beverage containers, pails, <br />and trays with any of the resin identification codes #1-#5 <br />(excluding PET and HDPE bottles) collected from the City <br />based on the published index less the proposed plastic <br />processing cost per ton. The published index used shall be <br />www.SecondaryMaterialsPricing.com. <br />G. Aseptic Cartons based on the published index less the <br />proposed containers processing cost per ton. The published <br />index used shall be www.SecondaryMaterialsPricing.com. <br />H. Clothes, linens and rags collected from the City based on <br />the market price less the proposed processing cost per ton. <br />The market price used shall be the price paid by USAgain or <br />other designated clothing recycler. <br />Proposers must state on the price worksheet what percent of each <br />index/market price will be used for the gross revenue and the <br />proposed processing cost per ton for each commodity. <br />If a revenue sharing component is offered (i.e., greater than zero <br />percent) for any commodity, each month the Contractor shall <br />provide, together with the monthly rebate to the City, adequate <br />documentation of the corresponding monthly estimate of tons of all <br />corresponding commodities collected from the City even in the case <br />where the City were to receive no rebate for the month. Also, the <br />Contractor shall provide copies of the referenced market indexes <br />with each monthly statement. The Proposers shall provide a detailed <br />explanation of how they will calculate the tonnage estimates in <br />conjunction with the required composition analysis in 7.03. <br />Each proposal scenario must contain a percent revenue share offer <br />for all commodities as described immediately above. Proposers may <br />offer from zero percent to 100 percent revenue share. <br />The City or the Contractor may propose other revenue sharing <br />commodities and corresponding proposed pricing formulae, at any <br />time during the duration of the contract. The parties shall enter into <br />negotiations in good faith and any new revenue sharing agreement <br />34 <br /> <br />
