Brandt, Inc. <br />T-Mobile telecommunications facility <br />Deaz Sir's and Madam's: <br />On behalf of T-Mobile, please accept this letter and the attached CUF Application to allow T- <br />Mobile to construct a ninety foot (90') monopole and associated ground equipment at the above- <br />referenced address in order to support the deployment of their wireless network. <br />EOUIPMENT NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS <br />Deployment of the T-Mobile system is accomplished through the siting of "Cell Sites" located at <br />strategic locations throughout any given market. T-Mobile Radio Frequency Engineers <br />deternune the location of these Cell Sites after analysis of customer demand, site topography, <br />signal propagation models and relationship to existing Sites. The proposed George C. Brandt, <br />Inc. facility was identified by T-Mobile as a vital Site necessary to meet the increasing customer <br />demands in the northwest area of Roseville. <br />The proposed Cell Site will include the following equipment in order to meet system <br />requirements: <br />• Construction of a ninety foot (90') monopole structure to support panel antennas. The <br />Monopole will be designed to accommodate two (2) additional like-users via collocation. <br />The mounting heights and locations for additional users are depicted on the attached plan set. <br />
