•
`,
-,,,.'
June 1, 2010
Meritex Enterprises, Inc
24 University Ave. NE
#200
Minneapolis, MN 55413-2480
•
I am writing this letter to inform you that the City of Roseville is aware that there is a large pile
of material on your site at 2295 Walnut Street, Roseville (PID#08.29.23.32.0004). It would
appear that this pile is left from the demolition of the building that took place recently.
The property is zoned I-2 and does not allow for open storage upon the property. The City codes
do allow for outside storage, but it would require screening to block the item(s) being stored and
would need to be approved as a Conditional Use by the City Council. In addition, as part of the
demolition permit issued by the City, you are required to restore the property and remove all
material demolished from the site.
Therefore, you are requested to remove the material currently stored on the property immediately
in order to comply with City Codes and the demolition permit. Failure to do so by July 2, 2010
days will lead me to turn over the matter for prosecution by the City Attorney.
I would urge you to call me at your earliest convenience so that we can discuss the matter and
come up with a plan to come into compliance with the City Code and the demolition permit. I
can be reached at (651) 792-7071 or pat.trudgeon(aci.roseville.mn.us
Respectfully
CITY OF ROSEVILLE
Patrick Trudgeon, AICP
Community Development Director
City of Roseville Community Development Department
2660 Civic Center Drive :• Roseville, Minnesota 55113
651-792-7016 •: www.ci.roseville.mn.usirentalhusin
