PAMENDMENT APPLICATI
(A'TTACHMENT)
October 4, 2007
The redevelopment area is located in the SW corner of the site adjacent to
Snelling Avenue (the existing Ground Round building site). The total site is
about 44 acres and the disturbed area will be approximately 1.1 acres.
The re-development of the site will require permits from the City of Roseville and
Rice Creek Watershed District. Rice Creek requires a permit for any
commercial/retail site that disturbs over 1 acre of area. A grading, drainage,
utility, erosion control and stormwater managenlent plan will be provided to the
City and RCWD. The plans will be designed to comply with the City's and
Watershed district's requirements.
For stormwater management the City requires treatment for water quantity for the
2-YR, 10-YR and 100-YR rainfall events and Rice Creek requires on-site water
quality treatment for 2.8" of runoff over the disturbed areas. The water quality
and quantity requirements will be managed on-site through infiltration ponding or
in an underground stormwater treatment system, depending on site characteristics
such as soil type, infiltration rate, groundwater levels and parking lot grade
elevations.
90F9
