L� <br />• <br />To reduce the impact of having the garage up front, our plan includes remodeling of the <br />front entry, new front windows and front porch. In keeping with our home's original <br />design, the new garage would have low, hip roof lines, a 24 inch overhang and matching <br />siding. Brick accents will improve the street appeal. <br />As part of this application, we are including the followi��g in cesponse to the 12 Site <br />conditions on the Setback Permit Application: (11 of l2 apply to our proposal) <br />a. A one car garage is currently on the site. <br />b.
