(Ord. 1234, 12-15-1999, eff. 1-1-2000) <br />The proposal seeks to place the trash enclosure area at the rear of the building near <br />the dock. Although this area lies adjacent to a residential property (north), the <br />Planning Division believes that due to reasons described above, the enclosure area <br />will have minimal impact on the north property.
