Roseville shall be committed to preserve, promote, and
improve the beauty, vitality, safety, and serenity of the total
environment in which its citizens live and work. Further
development of business and industry, shopping, transportation,
housing, entertainment, leisure and recreation opportunities shall
be in harmony with the commitment Roseville has made to its
environment and quality of life."
This vision is a strong statement about the future of Roseville. It will require
the best efforts of the Council, Planning Commission and staff. Working as a
team, it is important that each member be aware of the expectations for all
members. The Mission Statements for the Commission and staff follow.
