There is an existing church on Roselawn Ave. <br />just east of Cleveland Ave in Roseville. They are proposing to do an addition to the <br />entrance and add a couple classrooms on the west side. The total building addition is <br />going to be about 2250 sf and the new impervious surface will be about 1550 sf. We will <br />not be changing any drainage or adding any storm sewer. There is some sort of a pond <br />on the west side of the property that the building additions will continue to drain to. This <br />does fall in the RCW D, but I am wondering if we need to get a permit from you for this <br />addition. The address is 21050 Roselawn Ave. and the PID is 172923140083.
