The property owner shall supply a proposed house and garage moving date and route to the CiTy Public Works Director and Building Ofiicial, prior to the issuance of a moving permit. 7.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: 7.1 On May 3, 2006, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the Alexander request. At the meeting no citizens were present to address the Commission. However, the City Planner and Mr. Alexander provided additional information to the Commission (as requested) and answered questions. 7.2 Specifically, Mr. Alexander indicated that he had always intended to hook-up to public utilities and apologized for the confusion, and added that he desires to install a 200 gallon tank for sanitary sewer use — to be pumped each week. 7.3 The City Planner indicated he was not opposed to this option; that condition "c" should be modified to include this as an option; and that he would need to review with staff prior to supporting in Council report. 7.4 The City Planner also indicated the he received three e-mails and phone calls from Mr. Alexander's neighbors who were in complete support of the proposal. 7.5 Mr. Alexander addressed the Commission clarifying his intentions, stating he would like to be allowed to use a tank system (underneath RV) versus hooking-up to the existing sanitary sewer line — will act like construction site. The 200 gallon tank would be pumped weekly. 7.6 Alexander added that the home was inspected by an environmental firm as required prior to moving. The home is to be moved around May 15. Has not yet applied for building permit — does have site survey. Will work with Roseville staff on remaining processes. 7.7 Member poherty asked who will be occupying the RV. Alexander stated it would be him and his wife and periodically his adult daughter. Member poherty asked how confident the contractor was that the home would be complete by the end of December. Expressed some concern. Alexander indicated a 4 to 5 month construction schedule. Member Doherty asked how the house moving would occur — detached garage first, then home both using the driveway.
