The owner/applicant seeks the allowance of an adult daycare as a permitted tenant, while the Community Development Department seeks to establish an actual PUD Agreement with specific terms and condirions (PF3730). 1.0 REQUESTED ACTION: 1.1 ACR Homes seeks an AMENDMENT to their existing PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT to allow the inclusion of an adult day care in their retail strip center at 2435 — 2459 Rice Street. The Community Development Department seeks to ESTABLISH a PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT/AGREEMENT with specific terms and conditions most notably those regulating permitted uses. PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY ■ Application Submitted & determined Complete: May 18, 2006. ■ 60 Day Review Deadline: July 17, 2006 ■ Project Report Recommendation: June 7, 2006. ■ Planning Commission Action: 7-0 Approval Recommendation, June 7, 2006 ■ City Council Action: June 20, 2006. 2.0 SUMMARY of RECOMMENDATION: 2.1 On June 7, 2006, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the PLANNED LTNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT request by ACR Homes and the property at 2435 — 2495 Rice Street. After considering all the information and facts presented during the hearing, the Commission voted (7-0) to recommend approval of the request, subject to 3 conditions.
