Approving a three (3) foot wide variance does not impact the health, safety and general <br />welfare of the surrounding neighborhood. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that a three (3) foot driveway side <br />yard setback variance be approved for the driveway for property located at 2687 Woodbridge <br />Street be denied. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Wiski, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, Wiski, <br />Mastel <br />and the following voted against the same: none <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
