<br />remove up to 5,000 cubic yards of soil for the purpose of re-grading the parcel and constructing <br />a single family at 2775 Victoria Street be granted, with the following provisions: <br /> <br />1. On-site grading must be verified in the field to insure that drainage is not diverted <br />to adjacent properties. <br /> <br />2. Prior to site grading, and before any utility construction is commenced or building <br />permits are issued, an erosion control plan must be submitted for approval, and all <br />erosion control actions shall be implemented and inspected. <br /> <br />3. Grading and retaining walls shall be constructed as shown in the application. <br /> <br />4. Access must be provided to the upper level for maintenance operation such as lawn <br />mowing. <br /> <br />5. Drainage must be directed away from the lot to the north to ensure no added water <br />is diverted to this property. <br /> <br />6. Silt fence or approved erosion control must be installed along all disturbed areas. <br /> <br />7. Restoration of disturbed area must be completed within 60 days of disturbance. <br /> <br />8. The excavated soil must be removed from City. <br /> <br />9. The applicant is responsible for soil and debris within the street right-of-way, which <br />must be cleaned and materials removed each day when hauling from the site occurs. <br /> <br />10. Hours of operation shall be 7:00am to 6:00pm weekdays. <br /> <br />11.
