A$50 fee is not unreasanalble for <br />landlords who are making income from these properties, <br />My utmost concern is that taxpaying residents of Roseville have the right to <br />expect properties in their neighborhoods to meet standards that insure <br />maintenance of property values and quality of life. Roseviile is a changing <br />first tier suburb with increasing diversity of all kinds.
