Enclosed you will find <br />the application request, drawings and obsolete site plan of the Twin Lakes Health Building. Due to <br />County Road C being widened the Twin Lakes Health building has lost its monument and west entrance <br />signage locations. With the new set backs from widening the road the installation of the main signage will <br />have to encroach upon the easement. We can provide exact location upon receipt of the new site plans <br />from the City. The properry that we aze requesting the variance for is urgently in need of new signage to <br />help the patiendcustomers locate the facility. If additional information is needed to obtain the variance <br />and permits for the signage we will do what is necessary to expedite the process.
