recorded by the applicant with the Ramsey County Recorder within sixty (60) days <br />after approval by the City Manager. <br />2.2 The applicant has requested the minor recombination subdivision to allow vacant, <br />existing Lot 7 to have additional width (approximately 105 feet total) sice it is adjacent to <br />an Xcel electric high voltage line. The City Planner and Community Development <br />Director have reviewed the sketch plan and concur with the request. <br />2.1 No new street or utility construction is necessary for this recombination. In the future one <br />new house may be built on reconfigured Lot 7. <br />2.2 Should the request be approved by the City Council, the staff, prior to the applicant's <br />recording with the Ramsey County Recorder, must review a certificate of survey for <br />compliance with the Council's approval. <br />3.0 STAFF FINDINGS & CONDITIONS <br />3.1 Staff has reviewed the proposal.
