LLC <br />7807 Creekridge Circle <br />Minneapolis, Minnesota 55439 <br />Dear Mr. Giilman: <br />The Ramsey County Public Works Department has reviewed the layout for the monument <br />sign for the Rosedale Square Retail Center located at the intersection of County Road C <br />and the retail center entrance in the City of Roseville. The property owner is proposing to <br />install a monument sign along County Road C along with a small retaining wall a <br />distance of 11 feet from the curb. <br />The County has reviewed this location and does not object to the placement of the sign at <br />that location. The sign is off of the County's highway easement and will be located a few <br />feet north of the proposed sidewalk.
