4.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />4.1 Based on the findings outlined in Section 3.2, 3.4 and 3.5 of this report staff recommends <br />approval of the request for a variance from Section 703.04B(4) of the City Code to <br />reduce the required driveway setback for the property located at 597 South Owasso <br />Boulevard from 30 feet to 22 feet, equivalent to an 8-foot variance. <br />5.0 SUGGESTED ACTION <br />5.1 By motion, approve (deny) the George Schultz Trust request based on the findings <br />outlined in Section 3.2, 3.4 and 3.5 ofthis report.
