EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of May, 2006, at 5:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Chair Bakeman and Members Boerigter and <br />Doherty. <br />Variance Board Member poherty introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 33 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO §703 OF THE OF THE ROSEVILLE <br />CITY CODE FOR THE GEORGE CHARLES SCHULTZ TRUST, 597 SOUTH <br />OWASSO BOULEVARD (PF3724) <br />WHEREAS, the George Charles Schultz trust has requested a VARIANCE to §703 <br />(Regulation of PublicWays) of the Roseville City Code to allow the continuation of the existing <br />22-foot driveway setback from a street corner; and <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 597 South Owasso Boulevard, and legally <br />described as: <br />FOSTER SHORES LOT 3 BLOCK 2 <br />PID O1-29-23-23-0017 <br />WHEREAS, Section 703.04 requires that driveway entrances in R-1 zones be setback at <br />least 30 feet from the right-of-way of a street intersection; and <br />WHEREAS, the George Charles Schultz trust seeks to preserve the current 22-foot <br />setback from the Kent Street right-of-way of the existing driveway; and <br />1—� <br />
