WHEREAS, the Planning Division has concluded that "hardships" are present and <br />support can be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City Code; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to approve an <br />8-foot VARIANCE to §703.04B(4) (Standards For Driveways) to allow the continuation of the <br />existing 22-foot driveway setback from the Kent Street right-of-way. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Boerigter and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Members Bakeman, Boerigter, and Doherty; <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
