4.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />4.1 Based on the findings outlined in Section 3.2, 3.4 and 3.5 of this report staff recommends <br />approval of the request for a variance from Section 703.04B(4) of the City Code to reduce <br />the required driveway setback for the property located at 1511 Roselawn Avenue from 30 <br />feet to 5 feet, equivalent to a 25-foot variance. <br />5.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br />5.1 By motion, approve (deny) the Robert Muchow request based on the findings outlined in <br />Section 3.2, 3.4 and 3.5 of this report.
