l
4. The elevation drawings indicate facade lighting, but I am unable to conclude what type.
Section 1010.12 requires these lights to be a cut-off downcast design. Additional,
information on this item and whether they are proposing parking light lighting is required.
Response: Please refer to sheet SU1 which indicates "cut-off downcasY' design
lighting.
The site plan appears to meet the dimensional requirements of Section 1005 — however
would require a site survey to verify/validate achievement of required setbacks.
Specifically, it is unclear where the front property line lies and whether the parking lot is
set back the required 15 feet — I would conclude that this proposal does not meet the
setback requirement.
Response: Please refer to survey (sheet SV1). Additional notation has been
included on sheets C1 and C2 regarding the 15' setback.
We should also receive a copy of the easement agreement with the property to the north
to understand joint access/use and any shared parking allowance.
Response: Once received, WD Partners will forward a copy of the easement
agreement to the City Planner.
If you should have any questions or further comments regarding these responses, please do not
hesitate to contact me at 214.956 3400.
B st Regards,
Jason Williamson
Job Captain
WD Partners
