F. Restaurant, Class VI, Take Out and Dellvery: An establishment which by design of physical facilities, services, or packaging procedures, permits or encourages the purchase of prepared ready-to-eat foods to be either picked-up or delivered for ofipremises consumption. SECTION 3. Section 1005 (Business Districts) is hereby aznended by modifying the following subsections as follows: Section 1005.03, B-1-B, Limited Retail District: Section 1005.03A2: Restaurant, Class I, II, III, N, and VI, excluding live entertainment or dancing. Section 1005.03B6: Restaurant, Class II where drive-through facilities aze provided, Class N including live entertainment and patron dancing, except that such entertainment shall not include non-patron dancers or models, and Class V. Section 1005.04, B-2, Retail Business Dlstrict: Secrion 1005.04A8: Eliminate the Code Section. Section 1005.04A53: Restaurant, Class I, II, III, IV, and VI, excluding live entertainment and dancing. Section 1005.04C15: Restaurant, Class II, where drive-through faciliries aze provided, and Class V. Section 1005.04C16: Restaurant, Class N including live entertainment and patron dancing, except that such entertainment shall not include non-patron dancers or models. Section 1005.05, B-3, General Busiuess District: Section 1005.O5A19: Restaurant, Class I, II, III, N and VI including live entertainment and patron dancing, except that such entertainment shall not include non-patron dancers or models. Section 1005.O5C5: Eliminate this Code Section. Section 1005.O5C14: Restaurant, Class II, where drive-through facili6es aze provided, Class N including live entertainment and patron dancing, except that such entertainment shall not include dancers or models, and Class V.
