C. Minimum Requirements: See Section 1005A1. Where buildings aze within one hundred fifty feet <br />(150') of a residential zone, such buildings shall be limited to the average height of existing <br />residential buildings that aze located within one hundred fifty feet (150') of a proposed B-1 <br />building. The City Council may gant a conditional use petmit for a building in a B-1 District to be <br />a maximtun of three (3) stories upon application of a petitioner and holding of a public hearing <br />under the procedures set forth in Chapter 108 of this Code. Upon granting such a conditional use <br />permit, the City Council may impose such conditions which may be appropriate to protect the <br />public health, safety and welfaze.
