This is directly adjacent to the St Rose parking lot for the State Fair. I have enjoyed
the idea of using these lots for extra traffic use for the Fair and have had NO trouble with anyone who has used the lot over the
years. I think this is an excellent way for people to access the State Fair and for local churches and schools to earn alittle money
for their organization.
I live close enough to the entire process that I am a good judge of what goes on there. The men that man the lot are vigilent and
careful of both the parking public and the neighborhood. Occasionally people find the lot full and choose to park on our street.
This has caused no problem and is no different from one of our neighbors having company who park in front of our house, or extra
church-goers who use our street.
As you can see - my vote is for this parking process to continue. Please dont let a few non generous folks spoil it for the many
people who benefit from this well organized way to attend the State Fair. I hope that every person who wants to attend our great
State Fair can find an easy and accessable place to park and ride to the Fair.
Thanks you for your time.
Claudia Stepnick
1275 Eldridge Ave W
Roseville, MN
07/11/2006
