EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day of July, 2006, at 5:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Members Boerigter and Doherty and Alternate <br />Member Roe <br />Variance Board Member poherty introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 39 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES TO §1104 OF THE OF THE ROSEVILLE <br />CITY CODE FOR CRAIG LANDKAMER, 2612 WHEELER STREET (PF3771) <br />WHEREAS, Craig Landkamer has requested VARIANCES to § 1104 (Residential <br />Districts) of the Roseville City Code to allow for the construction of a new detached garage <br />behind the residence, and the consequent widening of the driveway; and <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as Wheeler Street, and legally described as: <br />JAMES FOURTH ADDITION LOT 23 BLOCK 16 <br />PIN: 09-29-23-12-0052 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.016 requires a minimum side yard setback of 5 feet for <br />driveways and parking areas; and <br />WHEREAS, Craig Landkamer seeks to improve his property such that a driveway would <br />be paved 1 foot closer to the side lot line than the Code allows; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.01 A6 requires that impervious surface on a residential <br />property not exceed 30% of the lot area; and <br />1-3 <br />
