EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 12`h day of July, 2006, at 5:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Members Boerigter and Doherty and Alternate <br />Member Roe <br />Variance Board Member poherty introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 40 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES TO §1104 AND §703 OF THE OF THE <br />ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR ANN SEVERSON, 617 SOUTH OWASSO <br />BOULEVARD (PF3773) <br />WHEREAS, Ann Severson, on behalf of the Ann Severson Living Trust, has requested a <br />VARIANCE to §703 (Regulation of Public Ways) and a VARIANCE to § 1104 (Residential <br />Districts) of the Roseville City Code to allow for the widening of the driveway; and <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 617 South Owasso Boulevard, and legally <br />described as: <br />SWANSON SHORES LOT 8 BLOCK 2 <br />PIN: O 1-29-23-23-0032 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.016 requires a minimum side yard setback of 5 feet for <br />driveways and parking areas; and <br />WHEREAS, Ann Severson, trustee of the Ann Severson Living Trust, seeks to improve <br />her property such that a driveway would be paved 1.5 feet closer to the side lot line than the Code <br />allows; and <br />1 --� <br />
