EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of September, 2006, at 5:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: Chair Bakeman and Members Boerigter and <br />Doherty. <br />Variance Board Member <br />denial/adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 44 <br />� <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO §1004 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY <br />CODE FOR CHARLES WELECZKI, 1822 DALE COURT (PF3781) <br />WHEREAS, Cl�arles Weleczki I,as � ec�uesteu a V;;RIANCE to � i OG4 (Residentiai <br />Districts) to allow a principal structure encroachment into the reyuired front yard setback; and <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 1828 Dale Court; and legally described as: <br />,. <br />WELECZKI ADDITION, EXCEPT THAT PART S OF A LINE DESCRIBED AS <br />BEGINNING AT THE SW CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK l, THENCE N 31 DEGREES <br />37 MINUTES 25 SECONDS E 92.19 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE <br />S 88 DEGREES 37 'VIINUTES �4 SECONDS E ll2.85 FEET TO THE E LINE OF SAID <br />LOT, AND THEI2E TERMINATING; LOT 1, BLOCK 1 <br />PIN: 14-29-23-41-0087 <br />WHEREAS, Section 100�.016 requires a minimum 30-foot setback for principal <br />structures from the front property line; and <br />��-� <br />WHEREAS, Charles Weleczki seeks to enable the future construction a principal <br />structure (i.e., house and attached garage) to encroach up to 15 feet into the required front yard <br />setback; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Division has concluded that "hardships" are present and <br />support can be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City Code if the <br />conditions identified below are met; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to approve a <br />VARIANCE to Section 1004.016 (Residential Diinensional Requirements — Front Yard Setback) <br />to allow the construction of a home on the vacant parcel at 1828 Dale Court, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />
