The encroachment shall be limited to 15 feet from the front property line adjacent <br />to Dale Court; <br />2. Any principal structure must designed and positioned at an angle to Dale Court so <br />as to minimize the visual impact of the encroachment; <br />3. The design of the principal structure must be reviewed and approved by the <br />Development Review Committee; and, <br />4. The variance shall expire if a building permit is not issued within 12 months of its <br />approval, pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code. <br />The motion for the denial/adoption of the foregoing resolution «�as duly seconded by <br />Variance Board Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Members Bakeman, Boerigter, and Doherty; <br />And Members voted against; � �����` <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly denied/passed and adopted. ,;���� <br />�� <br />
