Attachment H: <br />Draft Resolution <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE `' <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 8`" day of January, 2007, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH §1004.O1A4 AND §1013.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR BRIAN ASH <br />AT 2550 SNELLING CURVE (PF3795) <br />WHEREAS, Brian Ash is the owner of property at 2550 Snelling Curve; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: <br />WEINHOLZER'S ADDITION LOT 4 EXCEPT THE E 113 FEET OF SAID LOT 4 AND <br />LOT 5 EXCEPT THE E 113 FEET OF SAID LOT 5 BLOCK 1 <br />PIN: 10-29-23-22-0015 ''-' <br />WHEREAS, the property owner seeks to construct a 908-square-foot accessory structure, <br />which is a conditionally permitted use in the Single-Family Residence Zoning District; and <br />WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />requested CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, voting 7-0 to recommend approval of the request <br />based on the comments and findings of the staff report dated December 6, 2006; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that approval of the requested <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT will not adversely affect conditions on nearby properties and <br />will not compromise the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of Roseville; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to <br />APPROVE/DENY the request by Brian Ash for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordance <br />with Section § 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions; <br />1. Because another detached building already stands on the property, no additional <br />accessory structure may be permitted. <br />2. Pursuant to § 1004.01 A7 (Accessory Building Location), the detached garage <br />must be located in line with, or behind, the front of the principal building. <br />� <br />
