l�i <br />� <br />27 October 2006 <br />Sean and Meg Emery <br />302 S McCarrons Blvd. <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />Dear Sean and Meg, <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's Setback Permit Hearing on Thursday, November 2°d, 2006 at 3:30 p.m. in the <br />Roseville City Hall Hawthorne Room — in the lower level, adjacent to the Engineering <br />Department. <br />Joseph Linn and Jody Lulich at 318 South McCarrons Boulevard, seeks approval of a 4.5-foot <br />FRONT YARD SETBACK PERMIT to construct an addition on the porch that will extend <br />slightly more than 4 feet into the required front yard setback. <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing andlor at the above mentioned meeting. Should you have any comments or <br />questions about this particular Setback Permit application, we would encourage you to attend the <br />DRC's Administrative Hearing on Thursday, November 2°d, 2006 at 3:30 p.m. in the <br />Hawthorne Room. Please feel free to email me at thomas.paschke(a�ci.roseville.mn.us or call <br />me at 651-792-7074. <br />Attached for your information is a copy of the Setback Permit application and the proposed <br />plans.
