REQUEST FOR VARIANCE BOARD ACTION <br />Department Approval: <br />BL/TRP <br />DATE: 12/06/06 <br />ITEM NO: 4a <br />Agenda Section: <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />Item Description: Patricia Maylone seeks a VARIANCE to §1004 (Residential Districts) <br />to allow the expansion of the principal structure into the required front <br />yard setback at 699 Belmont Lane (PF3798). <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION: <br />1.1 Ms. Maylone seek a variance to § 1004 (Residential Districts) of the City Code to allow <br />the expansion of the principal structure (i.e., the attached garage) toward the front <br />property line in order to increase the amount of living area and of enclosed storage for <br />vehicles and yard-care machines.
